In order to mount the belt drive conversion kit to Sieg or other brand X1 model mini milling machine; the metal box which contains the machine's gear unit and the power unit, and which holds the engine on itself must be removed. After the conversion the electronic power unit can be mounted into this existing metal box or into a suitable box that you can obtain, and the box can be mounted on the machine or on workbench. This application does not requires an irreversible process for the machine.

- Super precision aluminum pulleys.
- Original keyways on the pulleys.
- Special Polyurethane 60 degree V belt for small pulleys. Minimum flection resistance, minimum powerloss, maximum belt life. Polyurethane 60 degree V belts performs appropriate and best results for small size pulleys. Cloth-coated or rubber belts are not suitable for small pulleys. Please consider this at your product selection.
- More lightweight and aesthetic, higher durability.
- Aluminum base plate and Steel alloy motor plate.
- Wide sliding mechanism for a easy belt change.
- Practical automatic (springy) locking mechanism for the work spindle (please see pictures).
- Belt cover can be replaced quickly.
- Easy installation in a short time (approximately 20 minutes). Moreover, without making permanent changes to machine.
- Low speed cycle is up to 1000 rpm, medium speed cycle is 2000 rpm, high speed cycle is up to 3000 rpm (approximate values​​).

All bolts and belt which is needed for installation kit and instruction of assembly are inside the package.

PLEASE NOTE: The small pulley has a 8 mm bore with 3 mm keyway. The large pulley has a 20 mm bore with a 4 mm keyway. If your shafts don’t your match these values, then this belt drive will not fit your mill. If your machines is different dimension, please let me know dimension. I can suitable kit for you.
