Paypal does not provide services in Turkey. You can pay with Payoneer. Payment is not required during pre-order creation. When the product is ready for shipment, a payment request will be sent to your e-mail address with the Payoneer. You do not need to create any Payoneer user account in order to pay with Payoneer.
